Junior Water Polo registration form 2021 - Term 4 


We are wanting to put a Water Polo team into the Junior Secondary School local competition run by Tauranga Water Polo club.

Competition night: Thursday 21 October to 9 December 2021

Venue: Baywave

Training: Toi oho Mai Pool Wednesday morning 7.15am to 8.15am
Possibly a TGC Pool training for non swimming club players after school once a

Cost: $165 which included entry fee and pool hire for training.
Baywave pool entry and school togs ($100) are on top of this charge.

Tournament: We are hope to attend NISS Junior Water Polo competition during Junior Summer
Tournament week at the end of November. Commitment to this tournament will be
expected by the beginning of term 4.

Duty: We have to do duty after our game each week, 5 players MUST stay to do this
each week. Your daughter must take her turn doing this duty.

Sport Equity Fund: TGC Goal - Money is NOT a barrier to play sport at TGC

Tauranga Girls’ College would like to support families who are in need of financial assistance when selecting to play a sport for their daughter. The Sport Equity Budget allows you to access this support by:

In the email state the sport / team you would like financial support in and how much the subscription fee costs
Tell us your reason for requesting our financial support

The Sport Equity Budget aims to reduce the financial barrier of playing a sport and endeavours to cover some of the costs associated with your team/code. The amount of support will depend on the demand over summer and then winter codes/teams.
