Gateway Programme

Gateway supports students undertaking learning and assessment in the workplace. This experience provides opportunities to develop an understanding of the skills required for future employment through achieving unit standards whilst involved in the Industry. Students can achieve specific vocational skills and benefit from making significant progress towards industry recognised qualifications.

Various activities our young women have been involved include:

Jody Pinkerton and Simranjit Lidher completed their ‘Aged Care Education’ certificate.		Charlene van Wyngaard is working at the Bake Shack		Kelsey Stringer and Mel Takai enjoyed an experience in Aviation.
Kaea Komene and Lydia Paetai enjoyed their experience in Retail.				Jorjia Weck aspires to work in the Hairdressing Industry
